Application

It is suitable for 13.12-19.69ft long boats such as fishing boats, wooden boats, plastic boats, iron boats, logging boats, and inflatable boats, which can be used for fishing, aquaculture, outdoor adventure, surfing, life-saving, and other activities.

How to Start

1. Insert the emergency flame failure cable insert into the flame failure switch slot.

2. Connect the fuel tank to the engine in the direction indicated by the hand pump arrow.

3. Unscrew the air switch on the gas cap counterclockwise.

4. Squeeze the hand pump by hand several times until the fuel line is full of fuel and the hand pump is felt to be hardened.

5.Shift the gearshift position to the "Neutral" position.

6.Turn the throttle control handle to the "START" position.

7.When the engine is cold, pull out the damper lever (to increase the concentration of combustible mixture and facilitate engine start).                        

8.Pull the starter handle, pull out the starter rope quickly when the starter and flywheel disk are engaged, and repeat until the engine is started (when pulling the starter rope, please make sure to feel the resistance before pulling it out, otherwise the parts will be damaged).

9. After the engine is started, the engine should be operated at the lowest throttle for 2~3 minutes to warm up the engine, and then the damper lever should be pushed to the initial position and the throttle should be turned to the minimum position. After the engine starts,  pay attention to whether the cooling water flow steadily, if there is free of or intermittent water, stop to check the cause!

Notes

1. Please note that this machine can only use two-stroke special oil (not included), please do not use four-stroke oil, automobile oil and gear oil. We recommend using a mixture of 90-93 unleaded gasoline and 2-stroke oil for the fuel, and the recommended oil is TC-W3 (not included).

2. New machine within ten hours for break-in period, the fuel ratio of gasoline and oil is 30:1, after ten hours the ratio of gasoline and oil is 50:1, please make sure that the gasoline and oil are fully mixed, otherwise the machine will be damaged.

3. None of our machines contain gear oil. Please add gear oil to the gears before using the product and change the gear oil after the break-in period.

4. Please note that the driving speed will change due to different ship types, loads, and natural conditions.

5. Please do not disassemble the host at will to avoid unnecessary damage.The engine should be placed in a humid, well-ventilated place and avoid direct exposure to sunlight. Before long-term storage, the gasoline in the tank should be used up.

6. Before use, please prepare enough oil, bring life jackets, hand paddles, and necessary tools(not included), and check if the outboard is installed correctly.

7. Please allow the slight color difference caused by the shooting light and 1-3 cm error due to manual measurement, and make sure you do not mind before ordering.
